The service
ProfilePhoto.Help generates professional headshots from selfies you upload. You preview your results before paying. The service is operated by Smith Medical, P.C. (“we,” “us,” or the “provider”).
What you can upload
Upload only photos of yourself, and only apparel or items you own. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, public figures, or content that infringes a third party's trademarks or copyrights. You are responsible for the rights to what you upload.
Organizations & group photos
ProfilePhoto.Help is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any organization, fraternity, sorority, company, or brand whose apparel may appear in a member-supplied photo.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ProfilePhoto.Help to create or upload: non-consensual, intimate, or sexualized imagery of anyone; images of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian and are acting on their behalf; content that impersonates another person; or any content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access, and remove content, for any violation of this policy.
Refunds & satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work with a money-back satisfaction guarantee. Because you preview your results before you pay, purchases are final once unlocked. However, if you are not satisfied with your headshots, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing hello@profilephoto.help with your order details. We will review every request and, where it applies, refund the eligible amount to your original payment method. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
AI output & limitation of liability
ProfilePhoto.Help uses generative AI. Results are produced automatically and are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or artifacts and may not perfectly resemble you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smith Medical, P.C. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Smith Medical, P.C. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
